WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design engaging print and digital materials for ministries, events, and church-wide initiatives
- Contribute to creative direction, including layout, typography, and imagery
- Collaborate with ministry leaders to bring ideas to life and anticipate communication needs
- Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas to projects and campaigns
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Receive feedback with a growth mindset and revise designs accordingly
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and ministry leaders
SKILLS NEEDED TO SUCCEED
- 2+ years of graphic design experience or a degree in Graphic Design (or related field)
- Strong ability to take a project from concept to completion
- High attention to detail with a commitment to excellence
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or similar tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well on a team
- Teachable, adaptable, and responsive to feedback
