WHAT YOU'LL DO

Design engaging print and digital materials for ministries, events, and church-wide initiatives
Contribute to creative direction, including layout, typography, and imagery
Collaborate with ministry leaders to bring ideas to life and anticipate communication needs
Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas to projects and campaigns
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Receive feedback with a growth mindset and revise designs accordingly
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and ministry leaders

SKILLS NEEDED TO SUCCEED

2+ years of graphic design experience or a degree in Graphic Design (or related field)
Strong ability to take a project from concept to completion
High attention to detail with a commitment to excellence
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or similar tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well on a team
Teachable, adaptable, and responsive to feedback
