Fresh Life Church is looking for a creative, strategic, and highly collaborative Social Media Manager + Content Creator to help tell the stories of what God is doing through our church and ministries. This person will lead social media strategy, create engaging content across platforms, and help people take meaningful next steps in their faith journey through compelling digital experiences.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage content calendars across Fresh Life Church social platforms
- Create, capture, edit, and publish content, including reels, short-form videos, graphics, stories, and posts
- Collaborate with pastors, ministry leaders, designers, filmmakers, and writers to bring campaigns and initiatives to life
- Cover weekend gatherings, events, conferences, and special moments through social media
- Monitor analytics and optimize content based on performance
- Stay ahead of social media trends while maintaining Fresh Life's voice and values
- Engage with online audiences and help foster a meaningful digital community
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Experience creating content from concept to final delivery
- Skilled in short-form video editing and mobile-first storytelling
- Strong writing instincts and attention to detail
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Passion for the local church and helping people encounter Jesus
- Ability to think both creatively and strategically
Bonus Skills
- Photography or videography experience
- Design skills
- Experience managing paid social campaigns
- Familiarity with church, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations
