ABOUT THE ROLE
The Campus + Worship Coordinator helps keep a Fresh Life campus running well, covering two lanes: campus operations and worship leadership. On any given week, that looks like making sure Sundays are ready to go, volunteers are taken care of, and the congregation is led in worship with heart and intention.
This is a part-time role, but it carries real ownership. The right person is someone who loves people, loves the local church, and brings a steady, can-do presence to whatever the week throws at them.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Worship Lane
- Lead Sunday worship with excellence and a pastoral presence
- Prepare songs, transitions, and arrangements for each service
- Schedule and communicate with team weekly
- Keep the team resourced, connected, and pastorally cared for
Campus Lane
- Communication to volunteers, attendees, and leaders
- Coordinate campus events from planning through execution

- Comfortable leading worship in a live Sunday environment
- Organized and self-directed
- Strong communication skills
- Pastoral instincts: you notice people, follow up, and create belonging
