This role is for a self-driven, flexible Christ-follower who demonstrates integrity, professional conduct, and a positive, welcoming attitude. The ideal candidate is a good communicator and a creative self-learner, eager to master new technologies.
The primary duties include:
- Providing technical support for macOS workstations and laptops.
- Administering Google Workspace (user management, security, email) and Zoom Workspace (licenses, meetings, troubleshooting).
- Performing basic network troubleshooting, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and maintaining network cabling.
- Maintaining IT documentation and asset inventory.
- Assisting with onboarding/offboarding processes and monitoring network performance.
- Participating in IT projects and process improvements.
