Job Summary
The Production Director provides leadership, coordination, and execution of all audio, video, and lighting (AVL) environments across all campuses. This role leads production staff and volunteers to deliver technically excellent, distraction-free worship services, events, and conferences.

Key Responsibilities
Weekend Services
- Oversee full technical execution of Sunday services across all campuses
- Ensure services are well planned, rehearsed, staffed, and supported
- Provide confident leadership in live production environments
- Review services regularly and implement improvements
- Collaborate with service producers and worship teams to align vision and execution
Volunteer Development & Discipleship
- Recruit, train, and mentor volunteers
- Develop team members through a structured leadership pipeline
- Lead monthly training and development gatherings
- Assess skills and provide growth opportunities
- Cultivate a positive, collaborative team culture
Staff Leadership
- Lead and coordinate production staff, volunteers, and contractors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors
Technical Systems Oversight
- Oversee all AVL systems and infrastructure
- Ensure systems are reliable, repeatable, and well documented
- Maintain standards for file management, patching, labeling, and workflows
- Identify risks proactively and implement solutions
- Develop long-term upgrade and replacement plans
Events & Facility Support
- Provide production support for conferences and special events
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented AVL environments across campuses

- Volunteer teams are engaged, growing, and well developed
- Systems and workflows are clearly documented and consistently followed
Qualifications & Expectations
- Committed Christ follower aligned with Victory Family Church beliefs
- Active participation in church life (services, small groups, and tithing)
- 3–5 years of experience in live production environments
- Proven leadership of teams (staff and volunteers)
- Strong technical expertise in audio, video, and lighting systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making skills under pressure
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Effective communicator and team player
Schedule & Time Commitment
- 40 hours per week, including Sundays
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 5:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Participation in conferences, camps, and rehearsals required
- Additional hours as needed for events and projects
Preferred Experience
- Multi-site church production
- High-level Front of House (FOH) mixing
- Advanced lighting programming
- Broadcast video production
- AVL networking
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 (based on experience)
