MISSION OF OUR ORGANIZATION
e3 Partners Ministry has a three-fold mission: We equip God’s people to evangelize His world by establishing healthy, multiplying, transformative churches everywhere. Our goal? To see a local church accessible to every person on Earth.
I Am Second’s mission is to tell stories that lift up Jesus and provide clear pathways to help people Live Second.
ROLE
Interested in growing in the faith-based media industry? We’re seeking a highly-skilled Lead Videographer & Editor (Director of Photography) to elevate our in-house media efforts — a true “Swiss Army knife” of video production who believes storytelling can change lives. This is a high-impact role for a film creative who wants their craft to serve eternal purpose.
Based at our Plano, TX headquarters, this leader owns the video production process end-to-end — from planning to filming to editing – ensuring every story we tell reflects excellence and eternal impact.
You are both filmmaker and leader. Just as comfortable behind the camera as you are managing workflows, gear and production schedules, you thrive in fast-paced environments where creativity serves a greater purpose. You’ll oversee studio operations, steward equipment and resources well, and ensure every production is executed with clarity, excellence and efficiency.
This role is an opportunity to use your craft to amplify testimonies, mobilize believers and help reach people around the world with the hope of Jesus. If you’re passionate about combining creative excellence with Kingdom impact, we’d love to meet you.
