What you'll do:
- Lead people confidently, authentically, and powerfully into worship
- Lead worship services weekly. To include, but not limited to: leading rehearsals and service run-throughs, debriefing weekends, and providing feedback
- Develop, build, and guard worship culture at the campus
- Establish and maintain the excellence of the environment
- Shepherd worship volunteers through pastoral care
- Spot, recruit, onboard, develop worship volunteers
- Be available for leading, planning, and participating in special events
- Lead & develop the student worship teams with the goal of raising up the next generation of worship leaders and musicians
- Other duties as assigned by Campus Pastor and Global Worship Pastor
Skills & Experience you’ve had:
- 5 years of staff worship leadership experience
- Leadership skills (including the ability to recruit and develop) preferred
- Creativity and a strong work ethic
- Commitment to excellence
- Highly proficient vocal
- Musical talent may include but not limited to: instrumental, songwriting, ability to sing and coach harmonies
- Strong communication skills on and off the stage
- Basic understanding of music theory
- Basic abilities in DAW (Ableton, ProTools, Logic, etc.)
- Band leadership and musical development
