MISSION OF OUR ORGANIZATION
e3 Partners Ministry has a three-fold mission: We equip God’s people to evangelize His world by establishing healthy, multiplying, transformative churches everywhere. Our goal? To see a local church accessible to every person on Earth.
I Am Second’s mission is to tell stories that lift up Jesus and provide clear pathways to help people Live Second.
ROLE
Interested in growing in the faith-based media industry? We’re seeking a highly skilled, future-focused Videographer to help shape the next chapter of storytelling at e3 Partners / I Am Second. This is a high-impact role for a technical powerhouse and trend-aware creative who believes storytelling can change lives and wants their gifts to serve an eternal purpose. This role bridges traditional post-production excellence with the future of filmmaking.
Based at our Plano, TX headquarters, you will participate in the video process end-to-end — from concepting and filming to editing and final delivery — ensuring every story reflects excellence, authenticity and eternal impact. As a key operational driver within post-production, you will help ensure seamless transitions from production through final delivery, serving as a trusted collaborator with cross-functional teams.
As a fast-moving, mission-driven organization producing content weekly, the ability to quickly conceive, film and edit high-quality digital content is essential. You thrive in collaborative environments, communicate clearly and understand how to craft platform-native stories that remain faithful to the heart of the message. You bring a strong eye for aesthetic continuity and an active interest in integrating emerging tools into a high-performing studio environment.
This is more than a videography role — it’s an opportunity to steward innovation, creative excellence and emerging media tools in service of Kingdom impact. If you’re passionate about pushing creative boundaries while helping share the hope of Jesus with the world, then we’d love to meet you.
