To partner with our Blankenbaker Worship team in carrying out the vision of developing a vibrant worship culture that supports the Vision, Mission and Strategies of SE. As well as investing in/shepherding volunteers to lead and share that same Vision/Mission. This role will report to the Music Director.
What You Will Be Doing
- Attend meetings to align with other worship/production staff.
- Resource new songs with charts/audio on Planning Center.
- Resource new songs with clicks/cues/tracks/automated lyrics on OneDrive.
- Build Ableton sessions for weekly central programming.
- Play at SE services, all-staffs, and events as needed.
- Contribute to recording projects as needed.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong communication skills.
- Musical skills and/ or lead vocal ability.
- Proven volunteer recruitment and training skills.
- Desire to work with people.
- Strong work ethic and is a team player/collaborator.
- Ableton.
- Planning Center Online.
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Ministry from a Bible College is preferred but not required.
- Experience in worship (minimum of 3 years).
- Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one.
