Content Creator- Broadcast Team
The Broadcast Content Creator produces high-quality video and photo content that shapes the weekend experience and amplifies the voice of our Worship Ministry.
This role owns the creation of visual content that plays in weekend services and fuels the Worship social presence throughout the week. You will report to the Creative Director, partner closely with the Creative Producer, and collaborate consistently with Worship and Production teams.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Own the development, shooting, and editing of video elements that appear in weekend services, including: Service countdowns, Worship backgrounds, Stories and testimonies, Creative and immersive moments within the service and Special segments or visual elements tied to sermon series or initiatives
- Concept and execute compelling visual content, Capture footage during services and events, Edit and deliver final assets on deadline, Work closely with Worship and Production to align visuals with the flow of service
- Support the Worship Ministry by capturing and creating engaging digital content, including: Weekend worship moments, Midweek rehearsals or studio sessions, Behind-the-scenes content, Spotify canvases, Lyric videos, Short-form social edits- You will help tell the story of what God is doing through worship in a way that feels authentic and excellent.
- Capture high-quality photography during weekend services and special events, Deliver edited images for social, promotional use, and archives, Maintain consistent visual standards across video and photo work
What We Are Looking For:
- Proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve, Basic color grading and audio mixing , Camera operation and lighting fundamentals, Photography and photo editing Strong working knowledge of: Spotify Canvas specifications, Social media video formatting, Motion graphics fundamentals
- You must be willing to adopt and leverage emerging tools and software, including AI-driven creative tools, to improve speed, quality, and innovation.
- A strong storyteller with visual instincts, Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, Able to take ownership of projects from concept to completion, Hungry to grow your craft, Passionate about the local church, Willing to perform other duties as assigned, You care about excellence. You value collaboration. You take initiative.
Our Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional video production experience preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, storytelling, and photography
- Experience in church, live event, or worship environments preferred
- Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church or willing to become one.
