Salty Church is looking for a full-time Worship Pastor to join our team at our Ormond Beach location. This is a coastal church, so if you can’t surf, that’s okay but you should at least own a solid pair of flip-flops.
We’re a multi-site church with a strong heart for reaching beach communities. We’re looking for someone who leads with authenticity, humility, and genuine connection. If you know how to build trust, read a room, and love people where they actually are, you’ll stand out quickly.
Ormond Beach is our central campus with a relaxed, welcoming environment and contemporary worship. You’ll be responsible for leading excellent, meaningful worship on weekends while also developing and caring for volunteer teams.
You’ll work closely with the Creative team to move the mission of the church forward and collaborate regularly with the broader Salty Church Worship team.
QUALIFICATIONS
A relational leader of leaders with the ability and passion to identify, raise up, and mentor others.
History of working in a collaborative environment with other high-level leaders.
Ability to lead musicians in quality worship. Passionate, energetic self-starter who enjoys meeting and exceeding goals.
Models a Biblical servant leader: leads by serving and serves by leading.
Possesses excellent decision-making skills using wisdom & discernment empowered by God.
