The Production Director leads all technical and production elements that support the church’s weekend services, events, and special gatherings. This role ensures every service is executed with excellence – audio, video, lighting, broadcast, stage, and volunteer teams working together to support the mission of the church. The Production Director builds systems, equips teams, elevates quality standards, and creates environments where people can encounter Jesus without distraction.
