The Creative Director leads the vision, strategy, and execution of all communication for North Point Church and the Springfield Dream Center. This role ensures that every message, visual, story, and platform clearly communicates our mission: providing a safe place to find and follow Jesus.
The Creative Director turns vision into visual and emotional experiences that move people toward belonging, growth, and action.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vision & Creative Strategy
- Translate vision into compelling creative campaigns and experiences.
- Lead annual creative planning for events, launches, and outreach initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across NPC and Dream Center platforms.
- Develop campaign concepts that align with teaching calendar and outreach.
2. Storytelling & Content Development
- Identify and elevate stories of life change (baptisms, groups, volunteers, outreach impact).
- Oversee production of video, photography, social media, web, and print content globally.
- Collaborate with teaching team and weekend service director to visually support sermon series and key moments.
- Ensure Dream Center impact stories are compelling, measurable, and donor-aligned.
3. Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the creative team (staff + volunteers).
- Build clear systems for content creation, approval, and distribution.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
4. Digital & Platform Oversight
- Oversee website updates, app strategy, and social media execution.
- Map content strategy across newsletters, app, social, and website communication.
- Measure engagement and adjust strategies accordingly.
