The Production Director is responsible for leading the Production Team (Presentation, Lighting, Sound, Broadcast) to support all environments where worship, prayer, teaching, and ministry for Lifesong Church require these services, regardless of age range or gathering size. While the Presentation team is not responsible for the raw creation of assets such as videos or graphic design, the composition and arrangement of assets for presentation to people falls within their scope. The Audio engineering for any gathering is to be overseen, scheduled, and teams built to support scaling falls under the PD. All lighting to support on-screen art, worship experiences, special events, etc., as well as the building, training, scheduling, and caring for teams. The Broadcast team's capture and creative nuance falls under the PD. Ancillary action from capture -trims, minor edits, file management, etc., would fall in the PD scope.
