About
I’m a ministry creative and Executive Director with 7+ years leading a multi-campus church across production, branding, livestream, communications, and operations. I built my career from the ground up, starting as a graphic designer and growing into executive leadership by consistently stepping into the gaps and filling them. I believe we lead as we serve and serve as we lead, and that conviction shows up in everything from how I run a Sunday morning production team to how I directed a 3,000-person outdoor worship event. I bring both the technical range and the pastoral heart that church environments require. I’ve grown social platforms from 50 to 4,000+ followers, directed a municipal mobile app launch, led a government PR department, and managed HR for a team of 60-70 people. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, and I bring cross-cultural experience from field ministry in Vietnam and Mexico. I don’t wait to be handed responsibility.
