Hello! I've had over 10 years experience in production roles from a volunteer to full-time staff as an Associate Production Director. I've been able to work with a variety of co-workers and volunteers throughout different positions and jobs. I've overseen teams ranging from 8 to about 40 volunteers and part-time staff. I believe that Production is a great tool that can help enhance a message and worship. My goal is to be thinking ahead and planning to make sure events are covered and possible tech issues that may pop up have a plan to fix them. With volunteers, I want them to be able to feel like they are valued and cared for. I'm always open to ideas that they may have and letting them try new things. My goal with volunteers is to be able to have ways for them to continue learning while also having opportunities for the team to be poured into and have routine check-ins.
