Technical Director and Client Success Manager with hands-on experience leading church production teams and supporting churches across the United States.

As a Technical Director in Brazil, I oversee live production across audio, video, lighting, broadcast, and technical systems, while leading and developing volunteers, planning productions, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring reliable execution of weekly services and special events.

At AudioLink, I work directly with U.S. churches as a Client Success Manager, where I am responsible for ensuring client success by gathering feedback, understanding each church’s unique needs and production environment, identifying challenges, and working across teams to find effective solutions.

This combination of technical leadership, hands-on production experience, and direct experience working with American churches gives me a strong understanding of both the technical and relational sides of church production.
