About

I’m a church creative who loves helping people see what God is doing through stories, services, and screens. As Production Specialist and Interim Communications Coordinator at a Church in Evansville, Indiana, I oversee production for weekly services(Youth and Adults) and events aswell as help lead church communications. Our weekend services average 2,500–3,000 people.

My heart is for the next generation. I built our student production team from 3 volunteers to 30 in one year, and they now run production for our Thursday adult service. I also helped launch our student livestream and grew our youth ministry’s Instagram from 650 to 1,274 followers.

On the technical side, I work across ProPresenter, Resolume, Blackmagic ATEM switchers, audio (X32, M32, Wing, Allen & Heath), lighting (Hog 4, grandMA), Sony, Canon, and Blackmagic cameras, and Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. Since 2022, I’ve also run my own video business, Sieple Films.

I’m looking for my next role in church production, communications, or creative media, especially where I can pour into students. I’m open to relocating.
