About

I am a worship and creative arts leader with 20 years of worship ministry experience and more than 15 years directing ensembles, developing musicians, and producing live performances and events.

I currently serve as Director of Music Ministries at North Point Church in Poulsbo, Washington, where I oversee worship teams, choir, NextGen worship, chapel programming, and audio/video production. I lead and develop approximately 40 volunteers and helped expand our worship ministry from one Sunday service to two while strengthening our technical production, livestreaming, and volunteer leadership systems.

My background combines a Master of Music in Music Education, professional orchestral and commercial performance, choral and instrumental conducting, music education, and extensive experience in live event production. I have worked across churches, schools, professional ensembles, and community organizations, bringing together musical excellence, organizational leadership, and a passion for developing people.

I believe effective worship ministry is about more than excellent music. It is about creating meaningful opportunities for people to encounter God, building healthy and collaborative teams, mentoring the next generation of worship leaders, and fostering genuine relationships across generations and communities.

I am seeking a senior worship or creative arts leadership opportunity where I can contribute my musical, technical, educational, and organizational experience to help a church grow and flourish.
