I’m a worship ministry leader with over 10 years of hands-on experience building, leading, and developing worship teams in the local church. My passion isn’t simply creating great worship experiences—it’s developing people, building healthy teams, raising up leaders, and creating environments where people can encounter Jesus.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead worship, direct bands and vocal teams, mentor musicians and singers, plan services and special events, lead rehearsals, provide pastoral care, and develop volunteers into confident leaders. One of the things I’m most passionate about is building ministries that don’t depend on one person, but instead multiply leaders and give people opportunities to discover and use the gifts God has given them.

My leadership has also expanded beyond the stage into audio, livestream, media, and technical production. I believe worship ministry and production ministry are not separate worlds—they are different expressions of the same mission: serving the local church and helping create an environment where people can encounter Jesus.

Professionally, I also bring experience in quality management, process development, accountability, problem-solving, communication, and continuous improvement. That combination of ministry leadership and organizational leadership has shaped the way I approach teams—with both a heart for people and a commitment to excellence.

I’m passionate about Jesus, people, worship, leadership development, and building teams that are healthy, unified, prepared, and mission-minded.
