About
I help organizations communicate clearly, tell meaningful stories, and build creative systems that move ideas from vision to execution.
For more than a decade, I have worked across marketing and communications, creative strategy, digital media, content, brand, and production. My experience has included leading organization-wide communications, developing creative teams and workflows, directing live and digital media operations, redesigning digital experiences, and creating content across video, web, email, social media, and live environments.
At Loma Linda University Church, I helped develop a production team with over 20 people while supporting 6 to 8 live services each weekend and contributing to digital audience growth from approximately 15,000 to 40,000 subscribers. At the Robert E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies, I led communications strategy across institutional messaging, email, newsletters, web, and digital communication while building systems that helped a distributed team work more effectively.
What I enjoy most is the space where strategy and creativity meet. I like understanding what an organization is trying to accomplish, clarifying what needs to be communicated, and bringing together the people, story, systems, and creative execution necessary to make it happen well.
My background also includes an MBA, along with years of pastoral and ministry leadership. That combination has shaped the way I lead. I care about strategy and results, but I also care deeply about people, culture, communication, and the meaning behind the work.
