About

My name is David Drumgool, and I am currently serving as a Worship Pastor in Port Charlotte, Florida. I am writing to express my interest in a Worship Pastor opportunity within your church, as I continue to prayerfully seek where God is leading me to serve, grow, and invest in people.
Over the past 20+ years, I have had the opportunity to lead worship, develop teams, and build systems that support healthy and effective ministry. My experience spans worship leadership, production, and service programming—working to create environments that are both spiritually meaningful and intentionally engaging for those attending.
I believe worship ministry should create space for people to genuinely encounter God while also removing unnecessary barriers for those who may be exploring faith. My heart is to lead in a way that is both authentic and excellent—developing teams that are spiritually grounded, unified, and committed to serving with purpose.
In my current role, I oversee worship and production teams while collaborating with church leadership to plan and execute cohesive service experiences. This includes mentoring musicians and technical team members, developing systems for scheduling and communication, and helping shape the overall flow and direction of services. I am passionate about building ministries that are both relational and structured, where people are cared for and equipped to grow.
I am especially drawn to opportunities where I can not only lead worship but also invest in people—raising up leaders, developing teams, and contributing to a healthy and growing church culture. I believe strong ministry is built through intentional leadership, clear vision, and a commitment to both spiritual depth and excellence.
