With over 32 years of experience as a Worship Pastor / Leader. I'm currently serving as the Creatives Pastor at Word of Life Church, where I lead multiple teams in creating and delivering worship for various events, both large and small, to cultivate a transformative atmosphere.

From selecting the appropriate music by following the direction of our pastor to flowing with intention to where the Spirit leads, to providing creative direction, and managing technical elements such as lighting, audio, and video. Additionally, I oversee weekly worship meetings, monthly planning and provide guidance and pastoral care to members of our creatives team and worship ministries.

Being a Creatives Pastor is more than a job. It doesn't define me, but it does allow me to return the gifts that He has given to me so that His kingdom can continue to be established. My commitment is to ensure the pastor's vision for the house is executed to the best of my ability while facilitating an atmosphere for the presence of God to change lives. For the congregation and even first time guests to feel welcomed and connected to God's presence each and every time they walk through the door. It's more than just holding a mic and having a platform but leading from a place of overflow to that my family and the church that I serve sees Jesus in everything that I do.
