My name is Angel Ibarra, and I’m excited to apply for this role within your organization. With hands-on experience leading production teams, executing high-quality video projects, and developing strategic digital content, I bring a combination of creative vision and technical execution that drives meaningful engagement.

Currently, I serve as Production Director and Creative Director at Victory Life Church in Fruita, Colorado, where I've been co leading a 10-person media team and oversee all aspects of video production and marketing communications. From concept to final delivery, I direct weekly livestream services, produce story-driven content, and develop campaigns that strengthen audience connection and brand consistency. My role requires both creative leadership and operational efficiency, ensuring that every piece of content aligns with a larger vision while maintaining high production standards.

Previously, at City View Church in San Diego, I led production for youth and young adult ministries, managing livestreams, directing visual teams, and creating promotional content that supported community growth and engagement. These experiences have strengthened my ability to lead teams, adapt quickly, and consistently deliver impactful media across multiple platforms.

I specialize in cinematic videography, advanced editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, and building scalable production workflows. More importantly, I’m passionate about storytelling—creating content that not only looks great but connects with people on a deeper level.
