As our Production Director, you'll shape worship environments that help connect people with Jesus, develop and multiply servant leaders, create systems that support future growth, and play a key role in the next season of ministry at Thompson Station Church. Located just 30 minutes south of Nashville, our church is growing, and we're looking for someone who is excited to grow alongside us.
This role is about far more than running weekend production. It’s about leadership and legacy, not just buttons and cables.

Who We're Looking For
You may be a Production Director today.
You may be a Technical Director, Production Manager, Systems Engineer, or Production Team Leader serving in a church that has prepared you for your next step.
More than your title, we're looking for someone who:

- Enjoys leading and developing servant leaders.
- Thinks several steps ahead and plans proactively.
- Maintain consistency across all TSC environments.

We're a growing church located just south of Nashville in one of the fastest-growing areas of Middle Tennessee. We currently see an average of 2700 people across 3 services on a Sunday morning and are experiencing 20 – 30% growth.
You'll have the opportunity to:
