Transformation Church exists to make Jesus known so that lives are transformed and we believe creative expression of the gospel meets people where they are in a meaningful and impactful way. We’re looking for a Creative Director who is passionate about the Church, energized by great ideas, and excited to lead a team of creatives.
The Creative Director leads our Creative serve teams and is responsible for the organization and execution of our vision and goals in the creative area. The teams within Creative are: Photography (including videography), Content (graphics, social media, web), and Online Team (Online campus hosts).
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll collaborate with our Programming Team to plan and execute creative elements for services, while also guiding the production of content across all platforms. From big-picture vision to final details, you’ll help ensure everything we create is clear, cohesive, and aligned with our vision and values.
We’re looking for someone who can lead people well, manage projects effectively, and bring strong creative direction across multiple areas. Most importantly, we want someone who loves God, loves people, and is passionate about using creativity to build the Kingdom.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Click-Up, and Google Workspace
- Experience in photography, videography, graphic design, and digital media
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiarity with social media and website management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for the local church and creative storytelling
