Our next Worship Director cares deeply about people, passionately platforms others before platforming themselves, knows how to minister on and off the platform, and thrives in a collaborative staff environment in creating worship experiences that are expressive, dynamic, and engaging.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Be and make disciples that Pursue Jesus, Build Community, and Restore Hope
Create engaging moments of ministry through musical worship
Recruit, train, encourage, and lead vocalists, instrumentalists, and creative teams (Audio, Video, Lighting, Presentation, Streaming) that serve both our campuses
Assist in telling our story through video and other creative forms of communication
Assist in developing the next generation of worship leaders
Share in the care, spiritual development, and ministry leadership of our church

WHAT SKILLS AND TRAITS YOU NEED

A growing relationship with Jesus and a life of integrity
Proven ability and experience in recruiting, developing, and retaining volunteer worship and creative teams
Ability to play and sing with heart and excellence
Firm grasp of live audio, lighting, video, and software used by worship and creative teams (ProPresenter, Planning Center, multitracks, etc)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knows how to draw out the excellence in others
A heart for discipleship, outreach, and building relationships with musicians and other creatives
An entrepreneurial mindset with creativity, initiative, and a desire to build and strengthen ministry
