Position Summary

The Communications Designer is the visual heart of Eastview’s Creative team. This role designs the things people see and remember across every campus and ministry with the same unity, voice, and style. They care as much about process and getting it right as they do about the design itself, and they take pride in work that fits within the system.

This is a designer whose skill is the priority, but who thinks beyond the artboard. Someone curious about the whole brand, not just the file in front of them. The Communications Designer applies and protects Eastview’s brand system with consistency and care. They know instinctively when a project deserves their full creative energy and when it just needs to be outsourced and done. They are not afraid to make on-brand work that isn’t flashy, because they understand that consistency over time is what builds memory and trust.
